homemade chocolate-almond biscotti

Today I decided to spend some time in the kitchen making homemade biscotti. It’s quite the commitment since the whole process takes just over two and a half hours. For my first time I would have to say I was pretty successful. They will be perfect served with a delicious cup of coffee or tea. The batter is rather simple, just flour, sugar, eggs, nuts and flavor!
Here is the process…
If you’re ever at home with nothing to do, try making biscotti. You probably already have all the ingredients!!
